Daniel Pastrana Construction focuses on residential new construction, renovations and civil commercial (including roads, infrastructure, metal buildings and more). Daniel is a third generation building contractor. His relationships with the area's best subcontractors as well as fluency in Spanish allows him to successfully communicate with everyone involved in the building process. Quality, foundation, details and communication are the most important aspects in proper completion of any new project. Marc Grimaldi
Marc Grimaldi has been in construction all his life, starting out in a commercial construction family business. He began working in new construction in 2013 and prides himself on being in the field. He personally runs each job and is present on the jobsite to oversee a project until the end. Marc pays great attention to detail, knows when things need improvement, doesn’t cut corners and ensures the best possible outcome for his clients. He also has a background as a mortgage officer, understands the borrowing process and can guide clients in a simplistic and efficient way. Marc is a native of New Orleans, and finds it rewarding to help families acquire the place they call home. He speaks fluent Spanish, which aides greatly when helping Hispanic clients. Marc works from the mindset of a self-employed individual, and provides exceptional and expedient customer service.
