  • Final client and builder walk through, establish punch list if needed 

2. Design Phase

  • Site survey (deposit taken at this time)

  • Design team will develop client’s floor plan

4. Contract


  • Team presents client a budget sheet based on their selections

  • Construction contract is provided after finalization of budget sheet 

6. Construction

  • Begin building process

  • Walk-through and inspections completed with builder and client
